WORK EXPERIENCE-
Artefact, 2022—Present
I'm a design leader with 10+ years driving design, research, and strategy across consumer and SaaS products, spanning healthcare and crisis support, education, media, and collaborative technology. I love taking projects from early concept to dev-ready execution, partnering closely with product and engineering to ground every decision in real research. I'm known for sharp attention to detail and a coaching-forward leadership style that keeps cross-functional teams aligned, motivated, and shipping quality work.
Notably, I was a core contributor for the digital tool Kaleidoscope, which received the prestigious 2023 FastCo Innovation by Design Impact award. Additionally, my contributions to research regarding multiplayer AI workflows has been part of a keynote speaking event at the 2026 Design Management Institute in Amsterdam, and has been published in DMI:Review.

Tixtrack, 2016—2018
Designed, tested, launched, and iterated over 10 products and features within SaaS tool. This includes redesigning the search function and results workflow, sales fraud detection, event template creation, bulk reporting and exports, daily dashboard design, and group promotional sales. Conducted in-depth field research to develop an innovative new product that translated analog processes into digital services. Worked closely with engineering team to identify quick, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Accomplishments include generating over $50 million in sales for our client in the first year of a new product I helped successfully launch. I have also contributed to the intellectual property of the organization by signing a UI Patent for the core TixTrack product.
